We've been here at Rampur Chungi for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the phones and tech stuff that comes through the door. Tecnocel India isn't some big fancy office, just a local spot where people bring their gadgets when something goes wrong. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy outside, but we’re usually inside fixing screens or looking at circuits. It started small and stayed that way, which is fine by us. You get to know the regulars after a few years. Rampur Chungi is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the traffic. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of guys who know their way around a circuit board. If a part isn't in stock, we tell you straight. No point in making people wait for something that isn't coming. We keep the tools organized, mostly. Sometimes the workbench gets cluttered when three jobs come in at once. That's just how it goes here. It’s quiet in the mornings before the shops really open up. We usually start with a cup of tea and look at what needs doing for the day. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just stay here and do the work that comes in from the neighborhood. People know where to find us if they need a hand with their electronics.
