Our office is situated at Plot No.13-14-125 in Bhagwanpur, which is near Roorkee. There’s a residential plot nearby, so it’s not purely industrial, which gives it a slightly different vibe. We have a decent amount of space here at Shreya Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. The building is fairly basic. We didn’t spend a lot on fancy upgrades because we’d rather put that into the equipment and the actual work. Roorkee can get quite cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so we’ve had to adjust the office over the years to stay comfortable. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through various documents. It’s not the most exciting work to describe, but it keeps the business going. We have been in Bhagwanpur for a while now. The locals know where we are, even if there isn't a massive sign on the roof. We find that a simple approach works best for us. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs doing, whoever is free usually just grabs it. It makes for a bit of a chaotic desk sometimes, but we manage. We aren’t trying to compete with the giants; we’re just doing our thing here near the residential area. It’s a practical, everyday sort of existence, and we are quite content with it. There’s always more to learn and we just take it one day at a time, making sure the files are in order.
