Shanti Enterprises

Shanti Enterprises is based out in Village Khanapur, which is part of Taluk Bidar. We’re in the Roorkee district, and the post office is Roorkee too. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we are right near the Shani Dev Temple, which everyone knows. The location is quiet compared to the big cities. We deal with various supplies and things needed by people in the surrounding area. The building is simple, nothing too modern. We have a large door that stays open most of the day to let in the breeze. Sometimes the village dogs come and sit by the entrance to get out of the sun. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We know the roads around here get muddy when it rains, so we try to get our heavy lifting done before the monsoon hits. It’s a humble setup. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. People mostly find us through word of mouth. Being near the temple means we see a lot of people passing through on weekends. We usually take our lunch break around one and sit together. It’s not a fast-paced corporate life, but we keep busy enough. We’ve got our routine down and we just keep moving along. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right in Khanapur. We appreciate the slow pace of the village.
