Regent Ajanta Biotech is located out here on Peerpura Road, specifically at Khasra No. 86 and 87. Being right near the Delhi Highway means there is always something moving outside. You can hear the trucks and the cars going by all day long. It’s a busy part of the world, but inside our gates, we just keep to ourselves and do our jobs. The building isn't brand new, it has some wear and tear like any place that actually sees real work every day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass front or a fancy reception area. It’s just a solid brick and mortar setup where the staff knows what they are doing. Sometimes the dust from the highway gets into the yard, so we spend a lot of time sweeping it up. We’ve got the two plots, 86 and 87, which gives us enough room to breathe without being too spread out. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don’t have a lot of meetings about things like vision or strategy; we just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. People who come to visit us usually comment on how close we are to the main road, which makes it easy for deliveries. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to get through the week.
