Real Shine Industries

Real Shine Industries is a small operation we run out of 364 New Adarsh Nagar. We are really close to Greenway Public School, so we hear the school bells and the kids playing all day long. It’s a nice part of the neighborhood to be in. We didn’t want a big flashy office in the city, so we set up here where things feel more grounded. Most of our days are spent inside the workshop handling different tasks. It’s not always organized, and you’ll definitely see some dust on the shelves if you walk in. We don’t mind it much because it shows we are actually working. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years now and have become a bit of a fixture on the street. Neighbors stop by to say hello or ask for help with small things. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything is done right. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but that’s just how it goes when you run your own thing. We try to be honest about what we can do and don’t make promises we can’t keep. The place might look a bit lived-in, but it’s where we feel most comfortable. We just focus on the work and let people decide if they like it or not. It’s a simple way to do business in New Adarsh Nagar.
