We are set up in the Salempur Industrial Area in Raputan. It’s a busy place with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can get our work done without distractions. We’ve been here long enough to see the area change a bit, but the work stays pretty much the same. Most of us live close by, so the commute isn't too bad. Inside, it's mostly organized chaos. We have shelves full of stuff and people moving back and forth between the different sections. We don’t go for anything fancy like air conditioning in the main work areas; we just open the windows and keep going. It’s a practical way of doing things. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk to the people who come by and tell them what we can do. There's a small tea stall just down the road where we go for breaks, and that's usually where we hear the local news. We like being part of this industrial community. It feels right to be working with our hands and seeing something tangible at the end of the day. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do what needs doing until it's time to head home. The work is steady, and it keeps us all going throughout the year.
