Naaz Opticals

Running a shop like Naaz Opticals in Milap Nagar keeps us pretty busy from morning until late evening. We are located at No. 55 Shakti Vihar, just behind the big railway godown. It is a bit of a walk if you are coming from the main road, but people usually find their way here once they know the landmark. The shop isn't very large, just enough space for the display cases and the testing equipment in the back room. Every day starts with cleaning the glass counters because fingerprints show up so easily. We spend a lot of time adjusting frames that have gone crooked or helping someone pick out a pair of lenses that actually fit their face right. Sometimes the dust from the godown blows over, so we are always wiping things down. It is just me and a couple of others here. We don't do much fancy advertising. Most people come because they live nearby or their neighbor told them we do a decent job with the repairs. We keep a lot of different frames in the drawers, some old and some newer ones. It gets a bit crowded when three or four people come in at once, but we just manage. The lighting in here is bright so we can see the small screws we work with. It is just a regular local shop trying to get the work done right without any fuss.
