Our workshop is in Sultan Tower over in B.T. Ganj, Roorkee. It’s an older building, but it serves us well for what we need to do. We’ve been manufacturing various items here for a long time now. The space is usually filled with the sound of machines and the smell of cut metal. We aren't a huge factory with thousands of workers; we are a smaller setup where everyone knows exactly what their job is. It gets a bit dusty and quite loud during the day, but that’s just how manufacturing works in a place like this. We spend most of our time at our workbenches or checking the machines to make sure everything is running at the right speed. Roorkee is a nice place to be, and B.T. Ganj is a busy spot where we have everything we need close by. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on making things that work and getting them delivered to our clients on time. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or machinery breaking down, and we just roll up our sleeves and fix the problem ourselves. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know and what we are good at. The office part of the tower is small and usually has blueprints or order forms scattered across the desks. We prefer it that way. It feels like a real place of work where things actually get created.
