Devbhoomi Pharmaceuticals

Our facility is located at Khasra No 27 in the village of Mandawar, which is over in the Bhagwanpur area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, as it is away from the main city buzz and the usual traffic. We are surrounded by more open land and green fields than actual buildings. The name Devbhoomi fits pretty well because of where we are situated in this part of the country. It’s a pharmaceutical plant, so we have a lot of machinery and storage space for all the supplies. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people walking around in suits and ties. Most of us are in lab coats or just regular work clothes. The village is quiet, which is nice for working, but it can be a bit difficult when the roads get muddy during the rainy season and the trucks struggle. We have a lot of local people from Mandawar and nearby working with us, so it feels more like a community effort than just a factory. We don't have a big HR department or any PR team. We just do the manufacturing and try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. The office part of the building is very basic—just a few desks and a computer for the records. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. It’s honest work.
