Sai Rubber

We’ve been running Sai Rubber for quite a bit now on Delhi Road. If you know where Hotel Godavari is, we are basically right across from there. It's a loud area with all the trucks passing by, but it works for what we do. We deal with all sorts of rubber parts and materials every day. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with inventory piled up, but we know where everything is. It’s mostly just us working here, making sure the orders go out when they’re supposed to. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that because the work is what matters. The heat can get pretty bad in the summer months, making the smell of the rubber a lot stronger, but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of our customers are local guys who need something specific for their machines or vehicles. We just try to keep the right sizes in stock so people don’t have to wait around. It isn't a glamorous job, and my hands are usually dirty by noon, but it’s honest work. We’ve seen the road change a lot over the years, with new buildings coming up, but we’re still here in the same spot doing the same thing. People know they can just drop by and we will see if we have what they need in the back. If it’s not there, we usually know where to find it.
