Cosmos Tour & Travels

Our office for Cosmos Tour & Travels is located at 19 Civil Like. We’ve been here for a while now, helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s not a big fancy place with glass walls or anything. It is just a regular room with some maps on the wall and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. It gets a bit hectic when it's holiday season, but we manage. We aren't corporate types; we just wear what’s comfortable and get the job done. Sometimes a customer will come in just to say hello or ask a quick question about a train or a bus. We don't mind that at all. It makes the day go by faster. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel over the years, but we just keep doing things our way. It is a simple business. We listen to where people want to go and we see what we can find for them. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like a flight gets delayed or a hotel is full, and then we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. That’s just part of the work. We enjoy being at 19 Civil Like and being the place people think of when they need to get away for a bit. We don't have any fancy slogans, we just work until the job is done for the day.
