About Precision Instruments Private Limited – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Roorkee
No. 53 Civil Lines is where we have been operating for quite some time now. It is an old building with high ceilings and windows that sometimes stick when you try to open them in the summer. We deal with instruments here, so there is a lot of delicate work happening on the benches. It is usually pretty quiet because people are concentrating. You might hear the sound of a small tool or someone walking across the wooden floorboards. We have a small staff and most of us have been here for years. We know each other's habits, like who takes the longest lunch or who forgets to turn off the lights in the evening. The shelves are filled with parts and metal casings that we use every day. It is not the kind of place where things are perfectly polished. There are scratches on the worktables and oil stains here and there. We get mail delivered to the front door every morning and that is usually the highlight of the start of the day. Sometimes a client calls with a problem and we have to sit down and figure out why a piece of equipment isn't acting right. It takes time and patience. We just keep at it until the job is done. Civil Lines is a decent area to work in, though it gets crowded during the peak hours. We just stay focused on the tasks in front of us until it is time to go home.
