We are over at Plot No. 111 in the Shiv Ganga Industrial Estate, located in Lakeshri. A M T PROCESSING (DAIRY N FOOD)ENGINEERS PVT.LTD is basically a group of us who work on machinery for food and milk processing. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of trucks and other shops working nearby. Our place is full of stainless steel parts, pipes, and various tools spread across the workbenches. We spend a lot of time welding, cutting, and putting together units that go into dairies or food plants. It’s greasy work sometimes, and our overalls definitely show it by the end of the week. We aren't a massive factory; we’re more of a specialized workshop where we build things as they are ordered. Every project is a bit different, which keeps us busy trying to figure out the best way to assemble things. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of chairs and a filing cabinet where we keep the blueprints. It’s not the cleanest place because of all the metalwork, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. People usually find us because they need something specific built for their dairy setup and someone told them we could do it. We just put in the hours and try to get the machines right. It’s honest work for us.
