We are based out in Akbar Pur in the Rohtas district of Bihar. It’s a bit different out here compared to the big city offices, but we like it that way. Sunil Hi-Tech Engg.Ltd is just a place where we handle the engineering work that is needed in this part of the country. The surroundings are a bit more rural, and life moves at a pace that makes sense for us. We don't have any high-rise views or air-conditioned lobbies. Our office is functional and gets the job done. In Rohtas, people know each other, so we often have people just dropping in to ask a question or check on a project. We keep things very straightforward. There’s no marketing team here, just engineers and some support staff trying to make sure things get built or repaired properly. Sometimes the power goes out, or the roads get a bit muddy after the rain, but we just work around it. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We focus on the blueprints and the site visits. There is a lot of dust sometimes from the local work, but that is part of being in an engineering business in this region. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation from Mumbai or Delhi. We are just a local Bihar office doing the work we know how to do, day in and day out, without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
