Reliance Engineering Associates Pvt. Ltd is based out of Sammat Bigha village in Jehanabad, Bihar. We are located care of Vijay Sharma, which is how people usually find us in the village. Our setup is quite different from what you might find in a big city office. We are in the Sarta (Nehalpur) post office area, which is a very quiet part of the district. The office itself is simple and practical, fitting for a rural location. We have what we need to get our engineering work done, but we don't bother with anything extra or fancy. It’s mostly just desks, a few older computers, and cabinets for our files that are getting a bit full. Working in Jehanabad means we are used to a slower pace of life outside the office, but inside we stay busy with our projects and paperwork. The building is sturdy and keeps us out of the sun, which is really important during the Bihar summers. We often see local farmers or neighbors passing by while we are checking our technical documents. It’s an honest place to work and we like it. We don't use big titles or have long meetings. We just sit down and figure out the engineering problems we are tasked with. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and frustrating, but we manage to get our reports sent out eventually. It is just a regular group of us working in a small village.
