We are based out of Sasaram, specifically in the Basa village area near Karawandia. It’s a quiet spot but we keep busy with all the planning and development work that comes our way. Navnit Planners Anddevelopers Privatelimited has been around for a bit now, mostly focusing on the local needs of people in the district. It isn’t always easy getting materials out here but we make it work. Most of us grew up in this part of Bihar, so we know the roads and the people pretty well. We spend a lot of time on-site making sure things are moving along. It’s mostly just hard work and everyday problem solving. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just our space in Basa where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes things get a bit messy with the weather or the logistics, but that’s just how it goes in construction. We try to be straight with everyone we work with. If a project is going to take a while, we say so. No point in making promises that are hard to keep. We’ve seen this area change a lot over the years. It feels good to be part of building something that stays standing. We just take things one day at a time, looking at the drawings and then getting out there to the dirt. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Sasaram.
