Nasriganj Agro Producer Company Limited

Our group, Nasriganj Agro Producer Company Limited, is located in the Rohtas district. We are set up at Suba Singh’s house, which is house number 224 in Khiriawan village. It is a small area in the Nasriganj block. If you are looking for us, you just head to Tola Khiriawan in the Panch Khiriyanw area. It is a typical village setting where everyone is busy with their work throughout the day. We are just a bunch of people from the local area who put this company together. It is not some big operation with hundreds of employees in suits. It is mostly just us and our families working the land and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with our harvests. The weather in Rohtas can be a bit unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the rain or the heat. Working out of Suba’s place makes it feel more like a community thing than a strict business. We sit around and discuss things like seed prices and what is happening in the local market. There is no receptionist or fancy lobby here. Just a door and some chairs where we can sit and talk together. It feels right to keep it local like this because we know the people and we know the ground we are working on every day. It is just real work for real people here and we try to keep things moving as best as we can.
