Mgf Development Limited is out in a small village called Silari. It’s part of the Rohtas district in Sasaram, Bihar. We are located right in the village, near the post office. It’s a very rural area and things move a bit slower here than in the big cities. We’ve been working in this region for a while, focusing on development projects that help the local area. Our office is just a simple room in the village where we keep our tools and our records. It’s often dusty because of the roads, but we don't mind. We aren't a big corporation with fancy suits. We wear our work clothes and spend a lot of time outside in the fields or at the construction sites. Most of the people in Silari know us by name. We don't have a website or a social media page. If people want to talk to us, they usually just walk over to the office or catch us while we’re out. We do our best to get things done despite the challenges of working in a remote spot. Sometimes getting supplies out here to Rohtas takes a while, but we plan for it. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the community in Bihar. We’ve stayed in Silari because it’s home and it’s where the work needs to be done.
