My name is Manju and my father is Shri Rishikesh Tiwari, so this is very much a family affair for us. We have been in the cement business for a long time. It is not a clean or glamorous job. There is dust everywhere and the trucks are always making noise, but it is what we do. We don't have a polished office with air conditioning.
