Kaimur Developers Private Limited is based in Sasaram, which is in the Rohtas district. We are situated in Diliya Mirzapur, right on the G T Road. Our office is on the second floor of the CSS Tower, pin code 821115. Being on the G T Road is a big part of our daily life because there is always traffic and movement right outside our windows. We focus on development projects around this region. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks and a place to meet, but most of the real work happens out where the actual building is going on. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. We are just local people who know the land and the local rules. Sasaram is a busy place and we have seen a lot of changes over the years. Some days we are stuck dealing with paperwork for hours, and other days we are out in the dust at a construction site. We try to keep things moving along, even when there are delays with supplies or weather. People know the CSS Tower, so finding us is never too much of a problem. We aren't looking to grow into some huge company. We just want to keep doing our work in Rohtas. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. Most of our days are spent just making sure the next phase of a project is ready to go. We're just regular people here.
