Our business is located right near the High School in Sajjandihra, Akhtiyarpur. It’s in the Sasaram area of Rohtas. We are a small food partnership, mostly focusing on baked items and things like that. It’s a busy spot because of the school being right there, so there is always some noise and kids running around during the day. We started this because we saw a need for local food options in this part of town. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we do all our baking, cooling, and packing. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine and how to get things done. Dealing with the heat from the ovens and the Bihar weather can be a lot sometimes, but we are used to it. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just local people making food for the community. The roads around Sajjandihra can be a bit crowded during school hours, but that’s just how it is. We keep our operations simple and don't worry too much about the fancy side of business. It’s about getting the work done and making sure the orders are ready on time. We often work late into the evening to make sure everything is fresh for the next morning.
