Achmed Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is based in the village of Bhatarhi, which is near Sasaram. We operate out of Narendra Dubey’s place in the Beladi area. It’s a quiet spot, but we stay busy with all the pharmaceutical work we have to do. Being in a place like Bhatarhi Tola means we are far from the big city noise, which we actually like. Our focus is on getting medical supplies to the people who need them in this part of the district. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers handling the day-to-day stuff. We don't have a big fancy office building with glass walls. It’s a practical workspace where we keep our records and manage the deliveries. Sasaram is the nearest big town, so we are back and forth between there quite a bit. The roads aren't always the best, so we have to plan our logistics carefully. We started this because we saw that local clinics were having a hard time getting certain things. We aren't experts in marketing or anything like that. We just know how to handle the supplies and keep things moving. It’s honest work, and we’ve made a lot of friends in the village through the business.
