Down on Ghijji Road in Kheri Sanpla, you’ll find Tomar Tour & Travels. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center of Rohtak, but we like it that way. It’s quieter out here, though the road stays busy with people moving between the villages. We set up shop here because this is home. Most of the people we help are our neighbors or folks from the surrounding countryside who need to get into town or travel further out. We have a couple of vehicles that we use for trips. It isn't a massive operation with a fleet of hundreds. It’s just us making sure the cars are clean and the engines are running smooth. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating pickups. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when the rain turns the side roads into a mess, but we do what we can. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our keys and ledgers. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy signs. Most people know we are here just by word of mouth. If someone needs to get to a wedding or just needs a ride to the station, they usually stop by or give us a call. We just try to be useful to the community and keep the wheels turning. It’s a living, and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk every day.
