Ssihag Developers Private Limited operates out of Shop No. 164 in the New Green Marketnew Anaj Mandi, right near Rohtak Road. It’s a busy area, especially when the market is in full swing. You can hear the trucks and the people shouting early in the morning. Our shop isn’t very big, but it’s where we handle all our developer work. There’s usually a layer of dust on the windows because of the road, but we try to keep the inside tidy enough for when folks stop in. Working near the Mandi means there is always something going on outside. It’s a practical location for us since it’s easy to find. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of the local plots. It’s not glamorous work. A lot of it is just dealing with permits and checking on how the projects are moving along. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We don’t have any fancy marketing people. It’s just us doing the day-to-day tasks. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea and going over some blueprints. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a good community to be a part of. We just focus on the job in front of us and try to stay busy.
