SILICA GLOBAL CONSTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Vardhman Plaza, specifically at DVP-201B on the second floor. We are located in Inder Enclave, right along the Rohtak Road. It is a busy commercial spot, which suits us just fine. We handle various construction and technical projects. Our team is not very large, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be looking at invoices and the next you are standing on a site in the rain. That is just the way it works for us. We do not have a fancy mission statement or any of that marketing talk. We just focus on the job we have in front of us. Rohtak Road is always moving, and so are we. The office gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of our time making sure we have the right materials and that the workers know what the plan is for the day. Things go wrong sometimes—deliveries are late or a machine breaks down—and we just have to figure it out. We are practical people. We do not sugarcoat things when we talk to clients or each other. If a project is going to be tough, we say so. We have been in this industry long enough to know that honesty is easier than trying to look perfect all the time. We just keep moving forward.
