Shri Om Agricultural Industries

We've been here on Railway Road in Sampla for a good while now. It's a busy spot right near Ganga Cinema, so there’s always people moving about. We handle agricultural work mostly. It’s a lot of metal and grease every day. Some days the heat in the workshop gets to be a bit much, but that is just how it goes when you’re building things. We started small and stayed that way, just focusing on getting the farm equipment ready for whoever needs it. Most of our neighbors know us by the sound of the machines. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk with too many papers and the smell of iron in the air. When the harvest season comes, things get pretty hectic around here. People come in from the nearby villages looking for repairs or new parts. We try to keep up, but sometimes we’re backed up for a few days. It's honest work. My hands are usually dirty by ten in the morning and they stay that way until I go home. We don't spend money on big signs or ads. Word of mouth is usually how people find us. If you walk down past the cinema, you’ll see the shop. It isn't much to look at from the outside, but we get the job done. The floor is covered in scraps and the tools have been used so much the handles are smooth. That's just how we do things here.
