We’ve been over here at Sector 35 in Suncity for a while now. Most people know us as Shonak Buildcon. Our office is at B 268, right in the heart of Rohtak. It’s not a fancy skyscraper or anything, just a regular place where we get our work done. We handle building projects around Haryana, mainly focusing on stuff people actually need. Some days it’s quiet, other days it’s a bit of a mess with blueprints everywhere. We started this because there was a lot of work to be done around here. My cousin used to say that buildings are just piles of bricks until someone puts them together right, and that’s basically what we do every day. We don’t really have a big fancy team, just local guys who know how to work hard. It gets hot in the summer here, but the work doesn't stop. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too bad. If you drop by the office, you might find us drinking tea and looking over some site plans. We don't spend much on ads. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works. We’ve stayed in Rohtak because it’s home and we know the streets here.
