If you know Rohtak, you probably know where Om Sweets is on Delhi Road. We are right across from there, in the 33Kv Power House Colony. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find. Shokeenda Electro has been here in Model Town for a good while. Living and working near the power house means we are always right in the middle of things. The area is usually busy because of the shops nearby. We spend our mornings setting things up and getting the workspace ready. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a front desk person. Usually, whoever is closest to the door helps out. Rohtak can get quite dusty, so we are always cleaning off the desks and the equipment. It’s just how it is here. The pin code is 124001. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. If we need a quick snack, we just walk over to the sweets shop across the road. The colony itself is mostly quiet compared to the main road, which is nice when we need to focus. We’ve got a lot of stuff packed into our space, but we know where everything is. It’s not a corporate office, just a place where we put in our hours and do the electrical work we know how to do. Most of our neighbors are also local businesses, so we all know each other well and sometimes share tools or news from the street.
