Things are pretty quiet out here in Kheri Sultan. We operate out of a space handled by Sumit, and it’s a bit different than being in a big city. Being a global company from a village means we spend a lot of time on the computer, connecting with people far away while the cows are walking past outside. It's a bit of a contrast. We started small, just trying to see if we could bridge the gap between our local area and the rest of the world. There’s a lot of coordination involved. Every morning starts with checking emails and seeing what happened overnight. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people in the village just know us as Sumit's place. The rooms are simple, just enough space for the desks and the files we need to keep. We deal with a lot of different things, and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. Sometimes the power cuts out, and we just take a break until it comes back on. That’s just how things go around here. We’re not looking to move to a fancy office in the city anytime soon. We like it here. It’s peaceful, and it allows us to focus on the work without all the noise. We just take it one step at a time, making sure each job is finished before we start the next one.
