Our place, Sandeep Tour & Travels Services, is situated near the Sonipat Stand in the Mansrover Park area of Rohtak. If you know the city, you know that the Sonipat Stand is always buzzing with people. There are buses, rickshaws, and commuters everywhere you look. We fit right into that busy atmosphere. We started this service because there’s a constant need for transport in this part of town. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we sit, answer the phone, and talk to customers who are usually in a hurry. We try to keep things moving as quickly as we can for them. Some days are quite frantic when multiple groups want to leave at the same time. We have to juggle the vehicles and drivers to make it all work. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of stress, but that’s the nature of the travel business. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper and a good memory. Most of our clients are locals who have been using us for years. They know our names, and we know theirs. It’s a neighborhood business at its heart. We just aim to get people where they need to go without making a big deal out of it. We take pride in the simple fact that we show up.
