Our business is located in the village of Nandal Jats, which is part of the Bohar Tehsil. We are a local business that focuses on RO systems and water filters. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower than they do in the city. Our shop is a simple room where we keep our spare parts and tools. We spend a lot of our time traveling to different houses in the village and the surrounding district. People call us when their water tastes funny or the machine starts making a weird noise. We aren't experts in big marketing; we just know how to fix filters and pipes. The work can be messy sometimes with water spilling on the floor, but we carry a few rags to clean up. We’ve lived in Nandal Jats for a long time, so we know most of the families around here. It’s a quiet life and we like being able to help our neighbors get clean water. We don't have a big staff, usually it's just one or two of us handling everything. We try to be quick with our repairs because we know how important water is for a household. We open early in the morning and usually wrap up before it gets too dark to see what we are doing. It's just hard work and a lot of driving on dirt roads every single day.
