PV Buildreal Private Limited is a local company based right here in Rohtak. Our office is at 303 Vidhya Niketan Road in the Model Town area. We have been part of the Haryana business community for a while now, focusing on building and real estate work. Model Town is a nice place to be based because it is central and we can reach different parts of Rohtak easily. We aren't doing anything flashy. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at sites making sure the work is getting done properly. Construction can be a messy business, and there are always little problems that pop up, like a late delivery of bricks or something. We just deal with those things as they come. Our team is small and we prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. We don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist; it’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and look at plans. We know the people in this town and they know us. We just try to do a solid job on every project we take on. It is about being reliable and showing up when you say you will. That is the way we run things at PV Buildreal. We are just glad to be working in our home city.
