Our office is at H. No 26 on Road No D-4. That’s in DLF City Phase-1 in Gurugram. PRIMETECH BUILDFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is the name on the door, though most of us just call it the office. We work on building projects and infrastructure. Gurugram is a fast place, always something new going up, and we are right in the middle of it. Phase-1 is a nice area, quite established, so we have good connections nearby. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing because the work usually speaks for itself around here. We have a small team of people who actually know how to build things. We deal with the city permits, the site inspections, and the daily grind of managing a construction crew. It can get pretty stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage somehow. We aren't some corporate giant with a glass tower. We are just a private limited company working out of a house converted into an office. It feels more personal that way. You can hear the city noise from our windows all day long. We drink a lot of coffee and go through a lot of pens writing things down. Every project is a bit different. One day it's a small renovation, the next it's something much larger. We just take it as it comes and try to stay on top of the paperwork and the bills. It’s a busy life but it is what we do.
