Phalswals Import Export Private Limited is run out of house number 899 in Sector - 3. We are located in Rohtak, right here in Haryana. It’s a more residential setting than a big glass office building, which we find quite comfortable. It makes the work feel a bit more personal. We spend our days dealing with the ins and outs of importing and exporting goods. It’s a lot of small details that you have to get right, or everything gets stuck at the port. We aren't a big company with fancy slogans or a marketing team. It’s just us working out of our office space in the house. We have our routine down, usually starting with checking the latest regulations and then moving on to tracking our shipments. Rohtak is a good place to be based, it’s not as chaotic as some of the bigger cities but we can still get everything done. We don't try to sound like a huge corporation because we aren't. We are just local people who know the trade business well. Sometimes it’s a bit quiet, and other times it’s completely frantic with phone calls. We just take it as it comes. We try to be honest and clear with everyone we work with. There are no polished speeches or big promises here, just people doing their best to keep the business moving.
