Patio Contractors Private Limited is based out of House Number 361 in Indra Colony, Rohtak. It’s a local setup where we handle all sorts of contracting work. We aren't in a big commercial plaza; we work right out of the colony. This keeps us close to the projects we do around Rohtak. Most of our day involves checking on materials or visiting sites to see how the work is progressing. We don’t have a marketing department or fancy brochures. People usually find us because their neighbor had some work done by us. The office is pretty basic with just a table, some chairs, and a lot of notebooks. We keep track of everything by hand mostly. It’s a bit old-fashioned but it works for us. We know the people in Indra Colony and they know us. There’s a lot of pride in just doing a solid day’s work and making sure a patio or a wall is built straight. We aren't trying to be the biggest contractors in Haryana, just the ones that people can rely on. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some filing done. It’s a real business run by real people who just like to build things. If you need us, we’re usually around the house or at a site nearby. That’s just the way we have always done things here in Rohtak.
