Our office is at House Number 602/10 in the Ram Gopal Colony in Rohtak. We are Parsav Nath Developers Pvt. Ltd., and this is where we handle the day-to-day stuff for our local building projects. It’s a typical house that we’ve converted into a working space. You’ll see blueprints spread out on the dining table and a few muddy boots by the door. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. We are just local people building homes and shops in Haryana. Most of our day is spent on the phone with suppliers or out at the actual construction sites. We deal with cement, bricks, and the workers who do the hard labor. It can get pretty loud and chaotic when a new project starts. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. We’ve been in Rohtak for a long time, so we know the local rules and the people. People come by the house to ask about plots or to see how their house is coming along. We give them a straight answer and maybe a cup of tea if there’s some made. It’s 124001, just a regular street in a regular colony. We just focus on getting the walls up and making sure the roofs don't leak. It is simple work but it keeps us on our toes every single day.
