Our office is at H.NO.947/32 in Shivaji Colony, Rohtak. If you are looking for us, we are right in front of the Goyal Marble House, which is a big local landmark that everyone knows. We have been in this part of Rohtak for some time now and it feels like home to us. Nimansha Constructions is a local outfit and we don't try to be anything else. Our workspace is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, samples of stone, and receipts scattered around. It’s where we handle the day-to-day business of construction, from the initial planning to the final checks. Being near Shivaji Colony means we are close to the heart of the city, so we see a lot of the local life every day. We don't use any fancy language to describe our work because construction is pretty straightforward—you either build it right or you don't. We spend many hours at the sites making sure the workers have what they need and that the materials are up to the mark. Sometimes the weather in Rohtak is too hot to do much, but we push through it anyway. People in the neighborhood know us by name, and we like that personal touch. We just focus on doing our job and keeping things moving forward without making a lot of noise about it. We stay busy with the local projects.
