Our place is located at Unit No 1 in Omaxe City, right across from Tilyar Lake. It’s a nice area to be in, especially when the weather is decent and you can see people heading over to the park or the water. We handle development work from this office and it keeps us fairly busy throughout the week. Usually, the morning starts with a cup of tea and looking over some blueprints or land papers that need sorting out. Being near the lake means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which helps during the hotter months in Rohtak. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us here at Nature Earth Developers LLP trying to make sense of the local property market and get buildings put up where they need to be. Most of our time is spent on the phone with contractors or out at the sites seeing how the foundations are coming along. Dealing with all the paperwork at the local offices can be a headache sometimes, but it’s part of the job and we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just take things one day at a time. If someone comes into the office, they usually find us at our desks surrounded by stacks of files and maps. It isn't always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is.
