Milan Properties Consultants is situated near the Idea Care and the sports ground stadium on Rohtak Road in Jhajjar. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily when they are heading into town. When there is a big match or an event at the stadium, the whole area gets very crowded and loud. We can hear the cheering from our office sometimes. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few chairs for people to sit and talk about land or buildings they are interested in. It’s a lot of sitting and going through maps and documents. We don't wear suits or anything like that; we just dress for the weather and the work. Jhajjar can be quite dusty, especially with all the construction going on around Rohtak Road. We spend a lot of time talking to locals and trying to figure out what’s available in the market. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just have conversations and see what we can find. The desk is usually covered in papers and old notebooks where we jot down numbers. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, so we know the people and the property lines pretty well. It’s an informal way of doing things, but it works for us and the people who stop by. We just try to be helpful and keep things straightforward without any complicated talk.
