Our place, Mars Industries Pvt Ltd, is located at Plot No-87-90 in Udyog Vihar Phase-Vi. It’s a pretty large area since we have a few plots combined, but it’s mostly filled with equipment and supplies. Being in Phase-Vi means we are a bit away from the main city buzz, which is actually nice for getting work done. The yard is usually busy with trucks coming in and out, and there’s always someone checking the loading dock. It’s a dusty place, honestly, but that’s what happens when you’re in this line of work. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. We have some old wooden desks and a few chairs that have seen better days. We don't go for the high-end office look because we spend most of our time out on the floor or dealing with vendors. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us since the start and a few newer faces. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. If it's hot, the coolers are running full blast. If it’s raining, we’re all worried about the leaks in the warehouse roof. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't spend much time on meetings about strategy. Instead, we just talk about what needs to be shipped out today and who is handling the next batch. It’s straightforward and keeps the day moving along without too much stress.
