House No. 1267 is where we are. It’s in Urban Estate, so it’s a decent area with plenty of houses around us. People know the house number because we’ve been here a while. We mainly focus on education stuff because that's what seems to matter most around here. We have books piled up in the front room sometimes. Kids from the neighborhood come by after school. It’s not like a formal school or anything, just a place where they can get some extra help. Sometimes the parents come too and talk about their worries. We listen. The house gets a bit noisy during the afternoons. My neighbor sometimes complains about the bicycles parked outside, but we try to keep it neat. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who live nearby and want to do something useful. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to organize things. The Urban Estate is a busy place, always cars moving and people walking dogs. We fit right in. We don't use any fancy flyers or ads. Most people just find us by asking around. It’s a simple setup. We have a couple of old desks and some benches. It does the job. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just help the folks on this side of town. We just keep the door open and see who comes by each day to ask for help or just to say hello.
