We've been at 37 Mansarover Colony in Rohtak for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Haryana. Loesche India Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant shiny office tower. We just show up every day and do the work. The building here is pretty standard. Sometimes the internet acts up or the mail gets mixed up because the colony is old. We deal with industrial stuff, mostly machinery and big equipment parts. It’s dusty work. People here know us by name. We don't have a fancy lobby with coffee machines. Just a couple of desks and a lot of files. Most days it's just the sound of someone typing or a truck pulling up outside to drop something off. We've seen Rohtak change over the years. Some shops closed, new ones opened near the colony gate. We stay busy with the technical side of things. It takes a lot of patience to get the engineering right. Nobody here wears a suit unless there’s a big meeting, which isn’t often. We just focus on the task at hand. If you walk past Mansarover Colony, you might see our sign. It's nothing special to look at. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders that come in from the bigger plants. It's a steady life and we like it that way. We don't worry about being the biggest, just about being consistent with what we provide. It is a long day usually, but we get home on time.
