We’re over at 668 in Sector-1, Rohtak. It’s a pretty standard spot in the sector, easy to find once you get into the main area. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a working space. It’s got a bit of a yard in front, which is nice. We’ve been here in Haryana for a while, and we like the layout of Sector-1 because it’s wide and open. Inside, it’s all business but in a very relaxed way. We don’t wear suits or anything like that unless there’s a really big reason to. Usually, it’s just us in our regular clothes, sitting at our desks and getting through the pile of work. We handle a lot of the local site management and supply issues from this office. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down notes. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and maps. The weather here can get really dusty and hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are topped up and running. It’s a very practical environment. We know the people in the neighboring houses, and they know us as the L&T folks. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s an honest day’s work in a simple office, and that suits us just fine for the long run. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
