Lakshya Sweets & Bakery Private Limited

Lakshya Sweets & Bakery Private Limited is over at SCO No. 18 in the Sector 10 HUDA Complex. It is a good location for a bakery because people are always walking through the complex. We get started very early in the morning when it is still dark outside. That is when the baking happens. You can smell the bread and the sweets from the parking lot. The shop front is where we keep the glass cases for the items. We spend a lot of time cleaning the trays and the counters. It is a busy place, especially in the evenings when people are coming home from work and want to pick something up for tea. We have a small kitchen in the back that is always warm because of the ovens. The staff wears aprons and we are usually covered in a bit of flour by the end of the shift. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything. People just come in because they know where we are. We have a few benches if someone wants to sit for a minute. The HUDA Complex has a lot of other shops, so there is always something going on nearby. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with customers. We just keep the shelves full and keep the ovens running. It is plain and simple work.
