Our company, Kundu Construction Co., is located right in Ram Nagar, Rohtak. You can find us at House Number 1099/24. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been a part of it for quite some years now. Construction isn't an easy business, especially with the dust and the constant need for supplies, but we enjoy the process of seeing something new go up. We are local people through and through. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our tools, ledgers, and blueprints. We don't have a secretary answering phones with a script. Usually, it's one of us picking up while we’re out on a site or driving to get more cement. Dealing with the heat in Haryana is a challenge, but we’re used to it. We take on all sorts of jobs, from fixing up old walls to helping with new foundations. Every project has its own set of problems, and we just figure them out as we go along. We don't use any fancy software to manage things; we mostly rely on what we've learned over the years. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most of our clients are neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in Rohtak. We value that kind of word-of-mouth because it feels more real than an advertisement. We’re just here to do a solid day’s work and head home. That’s the way we’ve always done it.
