Jain Industrial Products

We are out on Hisar Road, at number 70 in the I.D.C. area. It’s a wide-open spot compared to the cramped city center, so we have a bit more breathing room here. We’ve been here for a while now, just making our industrial products day in and day out. The yard out front usually has some wooden crates waiting to be picked up by the transport trucks. It’s a very straightforward operation with no frills. We have a few machines and a small crew of guys who know exactly how to run them. The sun gets really hot out here in the afternoons, so we try to get all the heavy lifting and loading done early in the morning before it gets unbearable. We aren't a massive corporation with a board of directors. It’s just a local business trying to make things that other businesses actually need to use. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area and we all have to sit outside in the shade and wait for it to come back on. Those are the times we just talk about the weather or how the local crops are doing this season. We don't have any fancy brochures or salesmen. If someone wants to know what we do, they usually just drive over and talk to us at the gate. We keep a simple ledger for the accounts and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It’s a lot of work keeping a small factory going and making sure the orders are correct.
