Our place is a bit tucked away in Uttam Vihar, specifically at House No.-111 in Gali No. 11. It’s also known as Hafid Vali Gali, near the Hafid area in Rohtak. It’s more of a neighborhood setting than a big commercial plaza. We run Jai Shri Balaji Tours & Travels from here. We spend our days helping neighbors and folks from around the city plan their trips. It might be a small trip to a nearby town or something further away. We sit in our office area and look through all the travel options available. It’s a lot of manual work, checking dates and prices over and over. Since we are in a gali, it’s a bit quieter than being on the main road, but we still get plenty of visitors. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and us. We like the personal feel of working from this spot. People usually call us or just drop by when they are walking through the neighborhood. We don't use any complicated systems. We just talk to people and find out what they need for their journey. Sometimes we are busy with paperwork until late in the evening. It’s just a small local business trying to do things right for the people around here. We’ve been at this house for a while and everyone knows where to find us. We just keep doing what we do.
