Hr Executive

Our office is tucked away in House Number 2203, over in the Housing Board area of Sector 1 in Rohtak. It’s a quiet residential kind of spot, so it doesn't really feel like you’re going to a corporate office when you come here. We like it that way. Being in Haryana, we get all sorts of weather, and the house stays cool enough in the summer if we keep the fans going. Hr Executive is just a few of us working together. We handle a lot of the local recruitment and HR tasks for people nearby. The room we work in has a big window facing the street, so we see the neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing outside. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to open the door. The furniture is mostly stuff we’ve gathered over the years—a mix of wooden desks and some plastic chairs. It’s not the most stylish place, but it works for what we need. We spend our hours checking through applications and making sure people get their paperwork filed right. There’s no big secret to what we do, we just put in the hours and try to stay organized. If you’re in Rohtak, Sector 1 isn't hard to find. We’re usually here from morning until the evening, just getting through the day's list of things to do.
