We are located over on Mohna Road in Ballabgarh, working at Hindustan Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd. It’s a massive operation here, very different from a small shop. The focus is always on the machines and making sure the production lines for the syringes and other medical bits are running like they should. It’s a lot of responsibility because these things go to hospitals and clinics everywhere. You can hear the hum of the factory from the moment you walk through the gates. We have a lot of people working shifts, so the place never really sleeps. My role involves a lot of walking around, checking on things and talking to the floor staff. It’s not the kind of place where you can just sit around. There are strict rules about cleanliness and safety, which makes sense given what we make. Haryana can get quite dusty, so keeping the internal environment right is a constant task for the maintenance crew. We’ve been part of this community in Ballabgarh for a long time. Many of our workers live nearby and have been with us for years. It’s a steady kind of life, focused on precision and making sure we don't have downtime. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We are just a hard-working factory trying to keep up with the demand for medical supplies. It’s busy, it’s loud, and there’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting on the lines.
