Guhring India Ltd

We are in a house, so it doesn't feel like those big industrial parks you see in other cities. It is a bit more personal, I guess. You have the regular street sounds, cars passing by, and the occasional neighbor stopping for a chat. We’ve been in Rohtak for some time now. The office is just a regular house converted into a workspace. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We don't have a big cafeteria or a gym or any of those things you find in large companies. We just have our desks, some computers, and a place to make some tea. The routine is the same every day. We come in, get the work done, and go home. Rohtak weather can be a bit extreme, very cold in the winter and quite hot in the summer, but we just deal with it. We don't really go in for a lot of talk about missions or goals; we just focus on the daily tasks that need finishing. It is a simple, no-nonsense way of working. Being in Sector-3 makes it easy for us to stay connected to the local area. We just keep our heads down and work.
